Brothers and sisters share their experiences of living playing,and working.
We do not want kids to be obedient or always waiting for instructions. We guide them to ask questions, think by themselves and exchange ideas with others to take actions when confronted with troubles or things going wrong.
We do not tell them what to do. Adults do not command.
Brothers and sisters, they move around freely in the Big House and teach among themselves what is living, playing, and working. We set the environment, place the materials, to provide opportunities for desired experiences in their childhood, not 10 but 100.

Children rely on each other, conflict with each other and teach each other.
We let the children with disabilities experience whatever they wish to do as well.
We, adults, responsible for nurturing, set the environment and let them choose the activities they wish, leading them to develop each one’s way of thinking.

Everybody freely moves around in “Our Big House”.
In our nursery school, we adopt Zone-Nurture in order for the children of 0 to 5 years old to live together, letting them choose who to rely on, to play with and where to play by themselves and take actions. 。
For children who need assistance, we operate a child development support office that provides a nursing support program.
